The development & education of our keikis and young adults is integral to providing for their sustainable future.


 

4 Ag Hawaii, in liaison with our community’s ranchers and farmers, has embarked on diverse educational programs targeted at the importance of “Buying Local” as well as food security.

Our “team” provides for school visits on each Island to provide mentoring as well as “hands-on” ranch & farm visits.

Additionally, due to technological advances in social media/Web 2.0, our organization focuses on e initiatives to communicate our message and galvanize action by the young adults.

Further, to enhance the message, 4 Ag Hawaii has produced educational vignettes to "take the farmers & ranchers" to the classroom electronically. Here are some samples:
